The FJ400 II's 9-stop power range (1.56 - 400Ws) in 0.1 and 1.0 increments makes it readily adaptable to a variety of situations. The flash head is backed by a 1/24,000 peak action-stopping flash duration in Freeze mode, is capable of 50 fps (camera and power dependent), and supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second as well as front and rear curtain sync. Users can also adjust flash exposure compensation from -3 to +3 EV. The FJ400 II was designed to suit both studio and on-location shoots.

The FJ400 II is part of Westcott's 2.4 GHz FJ wireless system, meaning it can work with all FJ triggers and flashes for a cohesive lighting ecosystem. Control your setup with your FJ-X trigger for compatibility with major camera brands. The included FJ-X3 M is equipped with multi-brand technology that pairs with most camera brands, such as Canon, Nikon, FUJIFILM, Panasonic Lumix, and Olympus.
